Question by Tia: Darwinists…if “everything is adapting, everything is evolving”…?
…then why, in the 10,000 year history of “modern humans” as you claim, has there been ZERO adaptation amongst humans THAT WOULD CREATE A NOTICEABLE DIFFERENCE between, for example, pygmy tribes and caucasian europeans?
You claim that the appendix was once used to help us digest raw meat and other foods and is no longer needed….so is the appendix of those those african tribes that still eat raw meat and a harsh diet still “working”?? NOT.
WHY haven’t any indigenous people anywhere developed a trait unique to the rest of humanity? 10,000 years is loads of time to even have an adapted internal organ or whatever.
I KNOW it’s not useless…but Darwinists claim it is a leftover from evolution!!!!

The South African Hoodia cactus is a beautiful plant. The cactus flowers are a pale purple in appearance and appear only after the plant reaches full maturity. However, growing this particular cactus on a commercial basis is fraught with problems.
Temperature and desert dryness are conditions that are not easily imitated artificially and furthermore it can take many years for the plant to reach maturity as well before it can be used in any effective form. At present there are limited quantities of this wild plant and these are fiercely protected by the South African government from harvesting by unscrupulous companies. Naturally this makes real certified Hoodia very expensive. The original company that initially purchased the rights to Hoodia cactus namely Phytopharm, currently has commercial plantations growing in South Africa, but will not have any products from them for at least a few years yet to come.
This should not leave you under the false impression that there are no other types of Hoodia available already used in many other products. However; only Hoodia Gordonii from this region in South Africa is believed to contain the natural appetite suppressant that works for diet formulas on the market at present. There are many copies and counterfeit products which will not work although they are sworn to be the real product. This is the reason that some people imply that the real does not work; a statement that is entirely untrue.
The diet & wellness industry is an ever-growing market all over the world with obesity an increasing disease particularly in the modernized Western world. To cater for this, new products diet methods and formulas are continuously being researched and perfected. The hugely popular product that has caught everyone’s attention is certainly Hoodia Gordonii which is being hailed as the current weight loss miracle.

A study called A Randomized Trial of a Low-Carbohydrate Diet for Obesity did a controlled trial involving 63 obese men and women who were randomly assigned to either a low-carbohydrate, high-protein, high-fat diet or a low-calorie, high-carbohydrate, low-fat (conventional) diet. These were the results of this study:
The low-carbohydrate diet produced a greater weight loss (absolute difference, approximately 4 percent) than did the conventional diet for the first six months, but the differences were not significant at one year. The low-carbohydrate diet was associated with a greater improvement in some risk factors for coronary heart disease. Adherence was poor and attrition was high in both groups. Longer and larger studies are required to determine the long-term safety and efficacy of low-carbohydrate, high-protein, high-fat diets.
As it turns out high protein, low carbs diet is not some kind of a miracle that makes losing weight easy. Carbohydrates are the body’s preferred and most efficient energy source. It is very hard to stay on a very low carbohydrate diet for long periods and since high protein, low carbs diet is not significantly better then conventional high carbohydrate, low fat diet, then using this diet is not the best option. There is no strict formula that works for everyone. How much carbohydrates you should eat for optimal fat loss depends a lot on your body type.
The baseline diet of 50-55% carbohydrates, 30% protein and 15-20% fat is without a doubt the healthiest, most balanced way to eat. Eating 5-6 smaller meals a day, counting calories and aerobic exercise are far more important that some magic combination of macronutrient ratio.
